Welcome to The Refuge our Sunday night ministry to Jr. High & Sr. High students.  The Refuge offers "a little bit of everything for a little bit of everyone."  High energy, fast paced games, worship, old friends, small groups, food, new friends, music, video games, devotional teaching, more food...the list goes on and on.

The Refuge meets every Sunday night (except the 3rd Sunday of the month, and on some holidays/special events), from 6:00 - 8:00 pm and is open to all students 6th grade through 12th grade.

If you're looking for something to do on a Sunday evening, or just need a study break consider yourself invited to The Refuge, which meets in The Loft.  We look forward to having you join us.

Jr. High Bible Study is a unique hour of wild fun and activities that help direct youth toward deep spiritual truths that are sure to challenge you to grow deeper in your personal spiritual walk.  Yet, Jr. High Bible Study isn't over the top or threatening for those youth exploring or are new to their spiritual journey.

Jr. High Bible Study focuses on such topics as The Character of God, Stories of Jesus, and General Bible Stories/Characters.  Keep in mind this isn't flannel graphs and coloring pages, Jr. High Bible Study is action packed and sure to not only entertain but enlighten, encourage and enhance.

Consider joining us some Wednesday evening and find out for yourself.

Jr. High SSBS meets from 6:00-7:00 pm in The Loft and is open to all students in 6th - 8th grade.

Don't have a Bible, don't worry, we have Bibles for you, in fact you can even keep it at the end of the night if you'd like.

Sr. High Bible Study is sort of like a mid-week refuel, complete with relevant, engaging discussion-based lessons that challenge and encourage you on your personal faith journey.  No topic or subject is off limits in Sr. High Bible Study as we use a variety of different studies to help you grow in your faith. 

Besides all that, it's a great time to connect with friends old and new and get out of the house for a couple of hours. Consider joining us some Wednesday night very soon.

SALT (Students Advancing in Leadership Training) is a mentoring/discipling program offered to all students 7th - 12th grade. 

SALT is a national program open to all youth of the Brethren Church, across the country.   Each church operates the SALT program a bit differently; so here is what you need to know if you're considering the SALT program within Nappanee FBC:

• An application must be filled out and on file with Pastor Ryan prior to beginning the program.

• SALT kicks off September and runs through June (10 sessions).

• The cost is $10 per student, per year (to help cover the cost of training materials).

• You will be expected to meet at least once a month with your mentor for training and accountability.

• Throughout the year, you will be eligible to participate in special SALT member opportunities.  These vary by year.
